We are looking for experienced and qualified Home Support Workers to support our clients with immediate care needs across the South Dublin area. If you have a strong background in various types of care and are passionate about making a difference, we want to hear from you!

Guaranteed hours contract

Work 4 days per week (8 AM – 9 PM, with a 2-hour daily break)

Competitive salary:

€32,600 per annum (working every second weekend)

€35,500 per annum (working every weekend)

QQI Level 5 qualification

Minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role

Full driving license and access to your own vehicle

Flexibility in scheduling

Caring, reliable, trustworthy, and kind nature

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting

Providing essential care and support to clients in the community

Assisting with both low and high needs clients

Supporting daily activities, including personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and light housekeeping

Working from a fixed daily hours roster but with variable client assignments, requiring daily interaction with schedulers to determine care needs
