Role Overview
Good4U is seeking a hardworking and adaptable Production Operative to join our manufacturing team. This role is central to our core food production, focusing primarily on our roasting and frying lines.
As we prepare to modernise and streamline our facility, we are looking for a hard worker and key team player who is excellent at hands-on, physical work, and open to adapting to new process flows, digital system entries, and automated machinery.
Key Responsibilities
Core Production & Manual Operations
- Process Management: Efficiently operate, monitor, and maintain food roasting and frying equipment according to strict recipe standards.
- Manual Handling: Frequently lift, move, and load raw ingredients and bulk materials (up to 20kg) safely throughout the shift.
- Quality & Safety: Perform routine quality checks on temperature, texture, and appearance. Ensure strict adherence to food safety, HACCP, and PPE guidelines.
- Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe workstation, performing deep cleans on roasting/frying machinery during product changeovers.
Future-Ready & Technology Integration
- Process Streamlining: Actively participate in the transition toward automated machinery and lean manufacturing workflows.
- ERP System Data Entry: Utilise our new digital Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to log batch numbers, track ingredient usage, record waste, and sign off on completed runs.
- Continuous Improvement: Adapt quickly to new operational technologies and provide feedback to supervisors on how to further optimise the new automated lines.
Candidate Requirements
Physical & Technical Skills
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform continuous manual labour, including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for the duration of a shift.
- Experience: Previous experience in a food manufacturing, warehousing, or production environment is highly desirable, though full training will be provided.

Pay: €14.15-€16.00 per hour
