We at RFC Security Group are happy to announce that we are currently seeking a professional and experienced Head Doorman to join our ever-expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of staff, customers, and property within a high-profile DSP environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers professionally while monitoring access to the venue
- Check IDs, enforce age restrictions, and refuse entry where appropriate
- Ensure compliance with venue capacity and health & safety regulations
- Monitor crowd behaviour and proactively manage potential conflict situations
- Prevent and respond to incidents of disorderly conduct, theft, or antisocial behaviour
- Carry out regular patrols and maintain a visible security presence
- Liaise with venue management and Gardaí when required
- Complete incident reports and log entries as necessary
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining authority and control
Requirements:
- Ability to manage a team
- 5 Years Experienced as a Head DoorMan
Desirable:
- Certified in basic first aid or physical intervention (advantage)
- Knowledge of relevant Irish licensing and public order laws
