About the Role
As a Front of House & Membership Sales Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for members and prospective members, delivering an outstanding customer experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming members and visitors.
- Converting enquiries into memberships.
- Advising customers on memberships, classes and personal training.
- Following up on sales leads and membership enquiries.
- Managing bookings and member accounts through our systems.
- Responding to phone, email and social media enquiries.
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of the club.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (fitness, hospitality, retail or beauty is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, energetic and professional attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Comfortable working towards individual and team sales targets.
