We are looking to hire an experienced property maintenance person to work with our busy property maintenance team.
You will be working with the maintenance and management departments, carrying out handyman works.
Duties will include:
· Completion of maintenance works at properties to include all handyman type works. A general example of these would be the follows: Painting, flooring, tiling, fitting/Hanging of fire extinguisher and blankets, curtain poles, servicing of windows and fitting of window restrictors, repairing door handles or installing thumb locks, sealing bath / shower areas, ad hoc general home repairs.
· Dealing with tenants onsite queries and managing these effectively.
· Any other ad-hoc duties.
The ideal candidate will have a maintenance background. Must be a fluent English speaker and be able to deal with queries from clients. Be punctual and well presented.
