Your responsibility will be to engage with social media creators across Europe and South America by telephone (not email), build rapport and onboard them as affiliates. In other words, a traditional sales role, dealing with international leads generated by Batoba.
You will need to be bi-lingual as a minimum with a native standard proficiency in at least one European language, working each day with non-English speakers. You will need an obsessive attention to detail, be self-motivated even on a bad day, and have the determination to succeed.
Your work experience must demonstrate proven sales and direct marketing roles, delivering measurable P+L. You will be the type of person who thrives under immense pressure, are not afraid of a telephone and able to meet high level monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. Make no mistake, these are P&L sales targets, not social media "clicks".
MS Office and overall computer literacy and proficiency is a must. Experience of Pipedrive helpful, but not essential.
Base salary of €32,500 plus eligibility for a substantive commission and bonus pool. 25 days paid holiday and other various perks.
