The town centre Fairview Boutique Hotel and Copper Kettle Town House is seeking a Hotel Night Porter to join our team, offering competitive pay. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will enjoy the prospect of working in a 4-star hotel and have experience in the hospitality sector. The Night Porter will be responsible for the hotel's and guests' security overnight, ironing the day’s laundry, and maintaining the tidiness of public and staff areas.
Key Duties Include;
· Ensuring any non-residents do not enter the property.
· Iron laundry from that day to a 4-star hotel standard.
· Tour all areas of the hotel regularly and stop any excess noise.
· Collect room service cards for the breakfast chef.
· Provide continental breakfast to guests who require an early breakfast.
· Carry out any other reasonable requests made by the General Manager or Duty managers.
Key Skills;
Good English
· Previous experience in a similar position.
Be able to work night shifts from approx. 11:00 pm-7:30 am
