We are currently looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional Part-Time Hotel Receptionist to join our team.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous hotel reception experience and enjoy providing exceptional customer service. You will be confident working both independently and as part of a team, thrive in a busy environment, and possess excellent organisational and time management skills.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous hotel reception experience (full training will be provided)
- A warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience with HotSoft is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
