- Develop Quickbooks Online to its maximum capability for the needs of the business to incorporate the following functions:
- Posting and matching of sales invoices and orders.
- Posting supplier invoices, matching delivery documents and preparing supplier payments.
- Banking transactions.
- Stock control, bank, debtor and creditor reconciliations.
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports to enhance the efficient operation of the business.
The role will be very much hands-on and will require interaction with customers, suppliers and staff. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and capable of working on his/her own initiative.
It is envisaged that the role will be for 3 days (flexible) per week with salary negotiable depending on experience. Quickbooks software experience is a must.
Pay: €16.00-€25.00 per hour
