The project is a listed heritage project in Dublin 2. A full strip out and refurbishment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering a prestigious conservation and restoration project for a highly respected contractor.As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring that works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards expected on a heritage development.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors and direct labour

Oversee programme delivery and ensure milestones are achieved

Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations

Maintain quality control, particularly in line with heritage conservation requirements

Liaise with project stakeholders, consultants, and clients
-
Monitor site documentation, reporting, and compliance
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven management experience within a main construction contractor.

Experience working on heritage, conservation, or restoration projects (highly desirable)

Strong leadership and communication skills
-
Excellent understanding of health & safety standards / Irish building regulations.
- Ability to manage programmes and drive project delivery
