Scope of the Role:
Working in conjunction with the Project Management team this person will implement the EHS direction and expectations for Mercury personnel & associated contractors including agency staff on site. This core management team will create the vision; provide leadership; set EHS targets; implement EHS processes and procedures for all on their project to adhere to. This person will manage part of the EHS systems on site & work closely with their Project EHS Lead, Sector EHS Manager / Head Office EHS Support Management to ensure a consistent approach to EHS standards is achieved on site. in line with Group EHS Expectations.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
Coordination in the development of task specific Method statements, risk assess-ments, safe plan of action, permit to work systems on site .
