The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving sales across the Renault and Dacia range. You will guide customers through every stage of the purchasing journey, from initial enquiry to vehicle handover, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout.
Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers and respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner

Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial enquiry to vehicle handover

Deliver clear, informative, and engaging presentations on Renault and Dacia vehicles

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs

Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals for part-exchange

Advise customers on finance, insurance, and additional products

Maintain accurate records and complete all required documentation

Ensure showroom and online stock is presented to a high standard

Handle customer queries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
What We're Looking For

Previous sales or customer-facing experience (motor industry experience an advantage but not essential)

Full, clean driving licence

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident, professional, and target-driven approach

Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations

Strong organisational and IT skills

Passion for delivering excellent customer service
What We Offer

Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure

On-target earnings of €50,000 - €70,000+ depending on performance
