Oversee wash up and kitchen cleaning duties 5 days out of 7 in a extremely busy environment, be clean and smart, hardworking with an eye to detail. The position also requires an amount of basic food preparation work, so some experince in a kitchen is required. A back ground in HACCAP and hygiene is essential as some form filling is required.
