We are looking for professional and experienced Security Staff to join our team and help us provide a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for our customers and staff.
The Role
As a member of our security team, you will play an important role in maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering a friendly and professional service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a professional presence throughout the venue.
- Monitoring health, safety and security across the premises.
- Checking IDs and ensuring compliance with age-verification requirements.
- Proactively identifying and responding to potential security, health & safety or other risks.
- Ensuring the safety and security of customers, staff and the premises.
- Dealing with incidents calmly, professionally and appropriately.
- Providing a high standard of customer service at all times.
- Maintaining excellent attendance, punctuality and personal presentation.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is professional, approachable and confident in a busy hospitality environment.
You will have:
- A valid and up-to-date PSA Door Supervisor Licence.
- At least 1 year’s experience working in hospitality security.
- Available to work Wednesday to Sunday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, customer-focused approach.
- The ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Strong attention to detail and good judgement.
- A friendly, outgoing and approachable manner.
- The ability to carry out all duties diligently and professionally.
