Due to continued growth, we are looking for enthusiastic, compassionate and adaptable Floating Support Workers to join our team.
As a Floating Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support across our services in Ballinode, Cavan, Monaghan. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.
You will provide cover across different locations to support planned leave, staff absences and service demands while ensuring continuity of care for the individuals we support.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is adaptable, and is committed to delivering exceptional person-centred care.

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with individual support plans.

Provide flexible cover across Trinity services as required.

Support individuals with personal care, daily living skills, meal preparation and household tasks.

Administer or support with medication in accordance with organisational policies and training.

Promote independence, choice, dignity and respect at all times.

Encourage and support individuals to access community activities, appointments, education and employment opportunities where appropriate.

Build positive and professional relationships with service users, families and multidisciplinary teams.

Maintain accurate records and complete documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Respond positively and professionally to changing situations and individual needs.

Follow safeguarding procedures and report concerns promptly.

Comply with all health and safety, infection prevention and risk management procedures.

Attend mandatory training, team meetings and supervision sessions.

Previous experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities, autism, complex needs or mental health needs.

CORU registration (or willingness to register).

Willingness to undertake mandatory and role-specific training.

Right to work in the Republic of Ireland

NVQ/QCF Level 2 or Level 3 / Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
