Duties include:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience working in a fast paced vehicle parts department, handling customer queries, stock and internal requests.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, sociable and professional manner when dealing with colleagues, technicians and customers
- Proficient IT and system skills, including use of electronic parts catalogues, stock management tools and dealer management systems (ideally Kerridge/Drive)
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, ensuring accurate communication and documentation
- Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will work within our busy Land Rover/Jaguar Parts Department
- Processing high volume parts sales from initial enquiry through to delivery. Supporting retail, trade, warranty, internal and external customers via telephone and at the trade counter
- Preparing accurate quotations for parts and accessories for both internal departments and external customers, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Supporting stock storage and organisation in line with dealership procedures and manufacturer guidelines, working collaboratively with the team to maintain an efficient parts environment
- Reviewing stock inventory on an ongoing basis and contributing to the annual stock take to ensure accurate records and optimal stock levels
Pay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
