Role Overview: As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, embodying our commitment to excellence. Some of the role will involve back office tasks and some will be customer facing. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Managing bookings and appointment schedules.
- Following up on referrals and liaising with healthcare professionals.
- Working closely with the HSE for patient forms and payments
- Coordinating with suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supporting our glazing team with hands-on technical tasks.
