A filters and single use systems manufacturer is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative with experience in filtration technologies to promote their product portfolio within the pharma and biopharma sectors.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in selling or using filtration and single use systems to use their experience in a dynamic sales role with an established and fast-growing organisation.
Objectives of this role
· Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key pharma and biopharma manufacturers
· Expand the company’s customer base across an assigned territory
· Gather and use market intelligence for brand positioning and developing a successful marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
· Engage with decision-makers and technical personnel in pharma/biopharma companies
· Present product solutions tailored to client needs, with a strong emphasis on filtration applications and process optimization
· Conduct regular on-site and virtual meetings to assess customer requirements and recommend suitable technologies
· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
· Required Skills and Qualifications
· Minimum 8-10 years of experience in filters and / or single use systems sales. Knowledge of both will be given preference.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated with a solutions-oriented mindset
· Commitment to ethical selling practices
· Preferred Skills and Qualifications
· Hands-on experience as a user of filtration systems within a pharma or biopharma production environment will be considered advantageous.
· Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field
· Proficiency with CRM and/or ERP systems
Pay
· Commission based.
