Senior Digital Specialist

OneTouch Health Group builds software for the social care sector across the UK, Ireland, and Australia. We are growing fast, across our markets and our product range, and our marketing is growing with us. It is a good time to join and help shape how we work.
We are looking for a Senior Digital Specialist to help drive our digital marketing across paid channels, data, and AI. You will work side by side with our other Senior Digital Specialist and the wider team, sharing the campaigns, the data, and the day-to-day, and working with our Head of Marketing and Chief Commercial Officer on our bigger projects.
What you’ll do
- Plan and run digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and our websites, alongside the team
- In conjunction with our Senior Digital Specialist manage media buying across paid channels, keeping spend working hard against agreed budgets
- Work with our other Senior Digital Specialist to shape how we use AI across digital, from campaign delivery to search visibility and content
- Help grow our data infrastructure, build out our marketing databases, and deliver nurture campaigns and ABM campaigns
- Help manage the day-to-day relationship with our digital agency, Friday
- Work with the Head of Marketing and Chief Commercial Officer on account-based marketing and our website upgrades
What you’ll bring
- Four to five years in digital marketing, with a strong record in campaign delivery
- Hands-on experience across paid search, paid social, SEO, and email, and proven media buying
- Strong hands-on knowledge of HubSpot
- Practical experience using AI in your marketing, and a good grasp of AI search
- Experience acquiring data and building marketing databases, with an eye on data protection
- Strong, clear writing and a careful approach to accuracy
- Someone who enjoys working closely with others in a small, busy team
Experience in SaaS or a regulated sector would be a bonus.
