Primary responsibilities of this role are:
- Task delegation of the Housekeeping Team.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness throughout the property by completing regular checks on the work completed by members of the Housekeeping Team.
- Maintain the condition of the bedrooms and public areas by reporting any maintenance issues in a timely manner and through scheduling work with the Maintenance Team as required.
- Keep record of Lost & Found items found in guest rooms.
- Complete a monthly stocktake.
- Ensure all guest requests for rooms are achieved in a timely manner.
- Ensure the Housekeeping Team conducts deep cleaning tasks on a regular basis.
Secondary responsibilities of this role are:
- Assist with cleaning guest rooms and public areas as needed.
- Assist with Linen porter tasks: Stripping rooms, clearing rubbish from external areas of the property, restocking storerooms.
The ideal candidate for this position:
- Will have a friendly and professional approach.
- Will have excellent time keeping skills and an eye for details.
- Will be familiar with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail
- Will have a high level of spoken English.
- Must be available to work between 8am and 6pm.
- Must have previous experience as a housekeeper/accommodation assistant.
- Previous experience in a Supervisor role is preferred.

- Wednesday - Sunday
- 7 hour shift
