We are looking for a Security Officer to join us onsite with our client, you'll be someone who prides themselves in providing professional security services. Does this sound like you?
What the day to day looks like
- Part time day & night hours that will rise in line with the University academic calendar.
- Ensure that an exceptional level of service is always maintained.
- Build and maintain a current, working knowledge of all policies, actions, systems, and developments, as well as general information, to be able to provide staff and visitors with information as required
- Ensure that the telephone is answered in a timely and professional manner and transferred to the appropriate personnel or message are taken
- To maintain close working relationships with the relevant Building Management team.
Skills & Experience required
- Do you have full Irish drivers licence?
- Do you have a Safe Pass Licence?
- Do you have excellent written and verbal communication skills?
- Are you Customer/Client focused?
- Do you have basic computer literacy required?
- Do you have excellent attention to detail and able to respond to issues in an effective efficient manner?
