Coventure Tax Consulting is a specialist tax advisory practice working with entrepreneurs, business owners, families and privately owned companies.
We are looking for an experienced tax professional to join our growing Dublin team.
This is an advisory-focused role. You will work directly with clients on interesting and often complex matters, including private client tax planning, succession, business transactions, international tax issues and wealth structuring.
You will have significant client contact and responsibility for assignments. You will work closely with senior colleagues and have the opportunity to develop your own client relationships as your career progresses.
What you will be doing
Your work will vary depending on our clients' needs and is likely to include:
- Advising individuals, entrepreneurs and business owners on Irish tax matters.
- Providing tax advice on succession and intergenerational wealth transfers.
- Advising on acquisitions, disposals and company reorganisations.
- Working on shareholder and owner-manager tax planning.
- Advising internationally mobile individuals on residence, domicile and cross-border tax matters.
- Identifying practical planning opportunities for clients.
- Managing client assignments from initial discussion through to implementation.
- Developing strong, long-term relationships with clients and their other professional advisers.
- Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team.
- Contributing to the continued development of the practice.
Who we are looking for
You should be AITI/CTA qualified, or have equivalent relevant experience.
An accounting or legal qualification would be an advantage but is not essential.

We are particularly interested in people who can combine good technical knowledge with commercial judgement. You should be comfortable writing reports, speaking directly with clients, explaining complicated tax matters clearly and taking responsibility for your work.
