- Supporting customers throughout the order-to-delivery process.
- Processing orders and managing sales administration activities in SAP.
- Coordinating deliveries and stock availability with internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing outstanding customer service and resolving customer queries.
- Managing warranty exchanges, returns, and credit/debit note processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Driving process efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Qualifications & Experience
- Secondary education, vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, order management, logistics support, or a similar role.
Knowledge & Skills
- Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems is desirable.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Skilled at building positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Committed to delivering accurate, high-quality work and excellent customer experiences.
