This field-based role focuses on building strong relationships with installers, plumbers,
heating contractors, builders’ merchants and trade partners.
You will be responsible for growing the Ecoforest installer network, supporting existing
partners, developing new business opportunities and increasing market share across
Ireland.
Success in this role comes from building trusted relationships, developing partner networks
and creating long-term repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities through installers, merchants and
trade partners
Generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals and site visits
Support partners in progressing and closing opportunities
Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline
Partner & Installer Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with installers, plumbers and heating
contractors
Recruit and onboard new Ecoforest installation partners
Develop relationships with builders’ merchants and trade counters
Drive repeat business and long-term customer engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for partner enquiries and support
Ecoforest Network Growth
Expand the Ecoforest installer network across Ireland
Increase product awareness within the heating and renewable energy sectors
Support training events, product demonstrations and trade exhibitions
Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reporting
Track opportunities, partner engagement and pipeline performance
Provide regular updates on territory and business development activity
About You
We are looking for a commercially driven and relationship-focused individual who enjoys
developing long-term partnerships.
Experience in one or more of the following areas would be advantageous:
Renewable energy
Plumbing and heating
Builders’ merchants
Electrical wholesale
Technical sales
Business development
You will also have:
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong commercial awareness
Self-motivation and ability to work independently
Good organisational and planning skills
Full clean driving licence
Experience using CRM systems
