We are currently recruiting for a Reception & Host team member within The Church Cafe Bar, an iconic premises within Dublin City Centre.
Reception & Hosting is an on the feet customer facing role, and will require a minimum of 2 years in a similar role,
This position would suit a candidate with reservations, hosting or reception experience.

- Pay depending on experience
- Welcome guests to The Church
- Management of online reservations system
- Strong computer skills
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
- Prepare for the day – printing off running order – writing up signs and placing them on appropriate tables
- Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
- Escort customers to appropriate table / area
- Provide menus once they are seated and wish them an enjoyable meal / enjoyable evening
- Greet & thank customers upon their departure
- Maintain a clean reception area & restocking brochure, ensuring stationery levels are ok
- Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
- Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
- Assist wait staff as needed
- Communicating with management via radio
- Applicants must be able to work in ireland and be flexible with shift patterns
Pay: From €15.00 per hour
