Sheehy Motor Group is seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organised Receptionist/Showroom to join our Skoda team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, from Monday to Friday, from 9am-5:30pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the showroom, ensuring a warm, positive first impression
- Manage the reception desk, phone lines, and general customer enquiries
- Assist customers by directing them to relevant team members
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional showroom environment
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Provide general administrative support as required
About You
- Friendly, approachable, and professional with excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Competent with computers and office software
- Previous reception or customer service experience is desirable
- Previous experience in the automotive industry would be a distinct advantage
- A positive attitude and team-focused approach
