Administrator - Kerry
A new role is now available for an Administrator on a short term contract for a site based role. The successful candidate will work as the Administrator to cover the typical administration activities, filing etc.
The main skills is proven organizational ability, the ability to take ownership of a project, with good IT skills and ideally HR experience.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of meeting agendas, presentations, reports, spreadsheets and minutes as required.
Assist with other ad hoc duties when required
Reviewing files – adding documents, removing unnecessary documents, cataloguing.
Requirements:
2 years administrative/personal assistant experience,
Experience in the Pharmaceutical/Manufacturing preferred but not essential
Strong organization, planning and prioritization skills
Experience in the field of Administration, IT literate.
