Essential:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a trainee bicycle mechanic, to include carrying out complex jobs on bicycles.
- Familiarity with different bicycle parts and their compatibility.
- Mechanical, detail-oriented mindset and good with tools. Own, use, and maintain a bicycle.
- Good at Problem Solving.
- Professional and Hard Working
- Receptive to correction and following shop procedures
- Good level of English language
