General Operative
ROSS Construction is currently seeking General Operatives to support our growing project. This role is ideal for reliable and hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced construction environment and contributing to the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Experience in blocklaying or groundwork support.
- Assist with general site duties and construction activities
- Work safely and efficiently as part of the site team
- Read basic drawings and take site measurements when required
- Support trades and supervisors with daily site tasks
- Maintain site safety standards and follow instructions from site management
- Ensure work areas are kept clean and organised
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a construction environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Good understanding of basic construction practices.
- Ability to work independently when required in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the construction of residential housing developments comprising over 30 units.
Required Certifications / Documents
- Full driving licence
- Safe Pass
- Manual Handling Certificate
