We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Bar Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day to day running of the bar, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high standards, and supporting the management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operation of the bar and support bar staff during service
- Deliver excellent customer service in a professional and friendly manner
- Train, support, and motivate team members
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene are maintained at all times
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and cash handling procedures
- Ensure all health & safety and licensing regulations are followed
- Help create a positive and energetic atmosphere for customers and staff
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a busy bar or hospitality environment
- Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods
- Good knowledge of drinks service and bar operations
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
