A self-motivated and enthusiastic Door Person who will assist with the smooth running of our Front of House Operations
Welcome and greet all guests upon entrance and departure
Ensure an exceptional level of 5* service
Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements
Understand customer's needs and provide them with personalised solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel
Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations
Helping carry and store luggage when needed
To assist our guests, with respect to transport, luggage in a courteous, professional manner
The Candidate
Passion for delivery and excellent Guest Service skills
Strong interpersonal skills

Outstanding presentation and image
A great communicator and natural people person
The ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment
Fluency in spoken and written English
