We are currently recruiting an experienced Revenue Manager for a high-performing, busy hotel in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven individual to take full ownership of the revenue strategy and drive profitability across all segments of the business.
The Role
As Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing pricing and inventory strategies to maximise revenue and occupancy. You will work closely with the General Manager, Sales & Marketing team, and Reservations to ensure a cohesive commercial approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies
- Analyse market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns
- Manage pricing across all channels including OTA, direct, and corporate segments
- Forecast demand and produce accurate revenue reports
- Optimise occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR performance
- Lead weekly revenue meetings and provide strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to drive business mix and segmentation
- Monitor distribution channels and ensure rate parity
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in a Revenue Manager or similar role within hospitality
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical mindset
- Excellent knowledge of revenue systems and channel management
- Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in a busy hotel environment is essential
