The Role
- Guide clients through every stage of the mortgage process
- Manage and mentor junior staff
- Assess financial circumstances and understand individual goals
- Recommend and structure tailored mortgage solutions
- Explain products clearly and confidently
- Keep up to date with market changes, lending criteria and regulations
What You’ll Need
- QFA qualification (essential)
- At least 3 years’ experience in a mortgage advisory role
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products and lender criteria
- Confident communicator who builds trust easily
- Professional, ethical and client-focused approach
