We’re expanding our residential field sales team nationwide and are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused individuals who want to make a difference in their communities while building a rewarding career in sales.
The Role
As a Panda Recycling Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our brand — engaging directly with homeowners to promote Panda’s household recycling and waste collection services. Your goal: educate customers on the benefits of switching to Panda, generate interest, and convert leads into loyal customers.
You’ll receive comprehensive training, ongoing support, and the tools you need to succeed — with unlimited earning potential through uncapped commission.
What You’ll Do
· Canvass assigned residential areas nationwide, engaging with homeowners about Panda Recycling’s household waste and recycling solutions.
· Promote and sell Panda’s bin collection and recycling plans to new customers.
· Educate customers on cost savings, service quality, and environmental benefits.
· Generate leads and convert them into confirmed sales through consultative selling.
· Use CRM tools/tablet systems to record leads and sales accurately and securely.
· Work collaboratively with your team and management to achieve daily and weekly targets.
· Represent the Panda brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
About You

Requirements:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Friendly, approachable, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
· Goal-oriented and comfortable working independently.
· Previous door-to-door or field sales experience is an advantage (not required).
· Full clean EU driving licence is a bonus.
· Fluent English (required).
· Must have authorisation to work in Ireland.

· Base Salary: €29,432 per year + €2,392 travel allowance
· Uncapped Commission: Realistic OTE €40,000+
