Overview:
This is a new role within the company, required due to increase workloads of the department. The right candidate will be a hard-working individual with excellent communication skills and high attention to detail. The role is mainly office-based with some site visit’s if required. The role will require training in Coins OA, you will be required to send invoices between sites, departments, individuals, and the input of invoices to be processed for payment. Some knowledge of systems would be a benefit; however full training will be provided. If you have experience of construction sites from an administration side this would be a benefit.
This is a full-time permanent Position.
Duties of the Role:
- Operating/monitoring Coins Workbench daily.
- Distributing Supplier invoices to various departments and sites as required
- Checking status on invoices
- Monitoring site compliance on invoice approval
- Identifying issues with purchase orders.
- Being the first point of contact for queries on invoice issues and resolving as needed.
- General ad-hoc administration duties
- Liaising between Irish Accounts Office, Dublin Sites & Purchasing Depts.
Skills / Experience required for the role:
- A relevant Third Level or Professional Qualification is desirable
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent IT skills and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Ability and Willingness to work on own initiative but also capable of working as part of a team
- Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment
- Ability to travel to Dublin as required
