As we continue to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and organised E-Commerce & Marketing Executive to join our team in Cork. You'll play an important part in ensuring our customers receive an excellent shopping experience while helping to grow our online presence.
The Role
This position combines Shopify order management, customer support, website administration, graphic design and digital marketing. We're looking for someone who enjoys working across different areas of the business and is happy to take ownership of projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce & Order Management
- Process and manage daily Shopify orders.
- Monitor order fulfilment and resolve any order issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and courier partners.
- Process returns, refunds and exchanges.
- Update product listings, pricing and inventory.
- Ensure the website remains accurate and up to date.
Customer Service
- Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with product enquiries, deliveries, returns and account queries.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service.
- Build positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
Digital Marketing
- Assist with planning and creating marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging social media content.
- Schedule posts and monitor engagement.
- Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Help launch new products and promotional campaigns.
- Assist with SEO and website content improvements.
Graphic Design
- Design website banners and promotional graphics.
- Create social media content and advertising creatives.
- Produce artwork for flyers, brochures and promotional materials.
- Design signage and point-of-sale material for events and retail displays.
- Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels.
Skills & ExperienceEssential
- Previous experience working with Shopify or another e-commerce platform.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good computer skills and confidence using online systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Desirable
- Experience with Canva
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads or email marketing platforms =
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Experience creating content for social media.
- Interest in health, fitness or nutrition.
