Experienced Catering Assistant – Secret Recipe, Ballincollig
Secret Recipe Ballincollig is seeking an experienced Catering Assistant to join our production kitchen. This is a part‑time role, working 2 days per week, 7:00am–2:00pm. Days will vary week to week, but hours are fixed and not flexible.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, deli, café, or food production environment
- Conversational English for safe and effective communication
- Must be legally eligible to work in Ireland
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced kitchen
- Not suitable for 2nd or 3rd‑level students
Key Responsibilities:
- Food preparation, portioning, packing, and labelling
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and following HACCP procedures
- Keeping work areas clean, organised, and compliant
- Supporting the kitchen team with daily production tasks
Pay: €14.15 per hour
