Job description
We are looking for energetic part-time staff to join our team as a Thermal Area Attendant. The successful candidate will be a proud ambassador for Bellinter House Hotel & Bathhouse Spa. Training provided with flexible working options – Monday to Sunday – 8.00 to 8.00 a mix of shifts.
Key responsibilities for the role will include:
· Check guests in and out of our thermal area facilities.
· Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of all thermal and wet areas, including saunas, steam rooms, infinity pool, showers and relaxation zones.
· Ensure all spa facilities are presented to the highest standard at all times.
· Replenish towels, robes, refreshments and amenities for guests.
· Assist guests courteously, providing information about spa facilities and ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
· Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
· Follow health and safety, hygiene and sanitation protocols at all times.
