Description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Environmental Manager (ISO / IMS) to join our growing team.
Reporting directly to site Management, you will be responsible for the overall direction of Environmental Management onsite and managing ISO/IMS and environmental activities in line with relevant Group and regulatory requirements.
Roles And Responsibilities
· Embed the EPA's Corporate Governance Framework into the core of the business operations.
· Offer expert advice and support to management and employees on all environmental matters, with a strong focus on ensuring compliance with all regulations.
· Develop and implement robust environmental (ISO/IMS) policies and procedures that align with local regulations, industry best practices, and our company's objectives.
· Formulate, introduce, manage, plan, schedule, govern and sustain an environmental, health & safety audit and surveillance structure to evaluate conformance to our environmental, health and safety polices and framework, also ensuring compliance to the local environmental & safety regulations.
· Conduct thorough incident investigations to uncover root causes, recommend corrective actions, and implement strategies to prevent future occurrences.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish clear Environmental and safety goals, objectives, and performance metrics, and devise strategies to achieve them.
· Work in partnership with the senior management and health and EHS teams within the businesses to formulate effective action plans to mitigate and address non-conformances and deficiencies.
· Design and deliver in-depth training programs to equip employees with knowledge of safe work practices, emergency protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications / Education / Experience
· Min Education : Degree in an Environmental Field
· Experience adhering to EPA corporate framework
· 3+ Years Experience working in a standalone Environmental and/or EHS role
· Strong people management and leadership skills.

Pay: €70,000.00-€80,000.00 per year
