My client based in D15 is seeking a Service Co‑ordinator for a 6–8 week temporary assignment.
This role will support the coordination of field service operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, strong customer communication, and smooth day‑to‑day service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing and prioritising incoming service requests and allocating technicians based on urgency, location, and skillset

Planning and optimising schedules to maximise productivity and service performance

Coordinating maintenance, installations, and reactive call-outs in line with SLAs

Acting as the main point of contact for customers, providing timely updates and managing queries

Supporting technicians with job details, documentation, and access requirements

Ensuring compliance with health & safety and site-specific requirements

Assisting with invoicing, billing processes, and accurate job tracking
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar coordination, planning, or operations role

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a methodical approach

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience with SAP or similar systems is an advantage

Strong IT skills, particularly across Excel, Word, and Outlook
