Manufacturing & Process Optimization
- Support the development and improvement of CNC manufacturing processes.
- Assist in process validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ), working with senior engineers and quality teams.
- Participate in NPIs, helping to ensure smooth handover from development to production.
- Collaborate with tooling, CNC, and inspection teams to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
- Learn and apply SPC tools such as Minitab for basic process monitoring and improvement.
Continuous Improvement & Problem-Solving
- Support lean manufacturing initiatives and participate in problem-solving activities.
- Contribute to root cause analysis using structured approaches like 8D or FMEA with guidance.
- Assist in identifying and implementing improvements using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
Team Collaboration & Development
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Quality, Production, and Design.
- Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, safety, and product quality.
