Senior IAM Governance Consultant:
Your role
You will play a key role in transforming highly manual governance and approval processes into scalable, efficient, and risk-based operational models.
The position is focused on governance optimization, process redesign, and IAM governance structuring, with the objective of improving operational efficiency, auditability, and control frameworks across the organization.
Analyze and redesign IAM governance and approval workflows
Streamline validation, escalation, and access approval processes
Define scalable governance and access management operating models
Improve auditability, traceability, and operational efficiency across IAM processes
Rationalize approval chains, roles, and governance responsibilities
Facilitate workshops and discussions with Operations, IT, Security, and Compliance stakeholders
Support governance transformation and process optimization initiatives within regulated environments
Requirements
5+ years of experience in IAM Governance, operational transformation, governance processes, or process optimization initiatives
Previous experience within banking or highly regulated environments is considered a strong advantage
Fluency in both English and French is mandatory
Strong understanding of:
IAM Governance
Access Lifecycle Management
Approval and validation workflows
Segregation of Duties (SoD)
Governance and operational process frameworks
Where: Luxembourg, Full on-site presence in Luxembourg (5 days per week)
