We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Night Security Officers to join our team. The successful candidate become the backbone of our facility's safety during overnight hours.. As a Night Security Officer, you will monitor premises, conduct regular patrols, respond to incidents, and work closely with our security team to ensure the safety of all personnel, visitors, and property. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular patrols for our clients, including exterior and interior areas.
- Respond promptly to alarms or emergencies and follow established protocols.
- Record observations, incidents, and suspicious activities in a detailed and accurate manner.
- Communicate effectively with other team members and report any issues to management.
- Assist in the scheduling of our security officers.
- Provide excellent customer service to colleagues and clients during night hours.
Requirements
- Fully flexible and available to work weekends.
- Should be a self-driven individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
- A valid PSA Static License is required to be eligible for this position.
- Full Irish/European driver’s License.
- Excellent written and attention to detail.
- Excellent P.C. skills.
- Requires outstanding customer service abilities and a professional telephone demeanour.
- Must be able to adapt to a flexible schedule that aligns with business needs, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in security on night duty is preferred.
- Skills: Strong observational and reporting skills; ability to remain calm under pressure.
- PSA Licence (required)
- Full Irish/European driver’s License
Shift Details:
· 12-hour shift - Hours: 19:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- 5/7 Days including Weekends
- Night shift
Salary: Commensurate with experience
- Competitive hourly rate + Night Allowance €12.60 per shift
