Your exceptional communication skills will be essential in providing accurate information, resolving queries, and addressing customer concerns.

Due to our company expansion, we are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Scotch Corner, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan A75 P267.
As a customer service representative (CSR), you will take inbound/outbound, customer service calls and email communications related to a wide variety of inquiries including billing, service changes, cancellations and missed service enquiries
It would be expected that you would handle 50-80 calls a day in a fast-paced/high-volume environment and to use multiple applications, knowledge bases, tools and calculators to research and resolve customer queries.
You will handle a number of escalated calls. The ability to consistently provide an exceptional level of customer service, briefly explain complex issues in simple terms, and demonstrate appropriate de-escalation techniques is critical to your success in our Company.
Requirements & Skills:
- A minimum one years’ experience in a customer support role.
- Strong telephone and verbal communications skills.
- Positive and professional attitude
- Foundation in use of Computers (IT systems & Microsoft package)
- Ability to be flexible and to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative
