We are seeking an exceptional Food & Beverage Manager to join our senior management team at the Errigal Country House Hotel.

The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations across the hotel, ensuring exceptional service standards, strong financial performance, and an outstanding guest experience at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Food & Beverage team.
- Ensure exceptional customer service across all outlets and events.
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and team performance.
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiencies.
- Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and senior management team.
- Oversee stock control, purchasing, and cost management.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Support the delivery of weddings, conferences, banquets, and special events.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Senior Food & Beverage Supervisor within a busy hotel or hospitality venue.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant, bar, banqueting, and event operations.
- Commercially aware with a proven track record of driving revenue and controlling costs.
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ambitious, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
