Euronics Department Manager for our Euronics Department to join the team.
Job Purpose: To manage the Euronics Department within the TJ O' Mahony Prosperous Store. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Electrical Sales Manager will be responsible for the efficient and profitable management of our busy Euronics Department. To manage and provide best in class customer service, drive sales and the future growth of the business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage sales and customer service within the Euronics department.
Work with the Branch Manager to set targets.
Analyse sales figures and trends, daily, weekly and monthly.
Organise quotations, dealing directly with suppliers.
Ordering of stock, maintaining adequate and appropriate stock levels.
Ensuring efficient turnover of stock, avoiding build-up of old or obsolete product models.
Running all promotions as proposed by Euronics and consistent with the HPC Group wide sales initiatives.
Oversee profit and margin.
Merchandising of all Electrical Goods for sale, maintaining best in class retail standards.
Working with suppliers to ensure the product offering is relevant, keeping up to date with market changes and trends.
Handling any customer queries.
Managing and training of staff in the department.
Manage staff roster.
Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety and HPC Group policies and procedures.
Responsible for managing and growing sales across our key customer channels, including in-store retail, trade account customers, and our online business.
The role also includes a range of administrative responsibilities, including processing invoices, maintaining accurate pricing, updating product information, and supporting the day-to-day operation of the department.
