We are looking for an experienced and motivated Bathroom Sales Manager to join our team and help drive sales while providing an exceptional experience for every customer.
The Role
As our Bathroom Sales Manager, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their bathroom renovation journey, from the initial consultation to the final sale. You'll build strong customer relationships, understand clients' needs, recommend suitable products and designs, and ensure every customer receives outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Conduct customer consultations and understand their design and budget requirements.
Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
Work closely with the design and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Manage leads effectively and maximise conversion rates.
Keep up to date with bathroom design trends, products, and industry developments.
Ensure the showroom is presented to a high standard.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a sales management or senior sales role, ideally within bathrooms, kitchens, interiors, or home improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A confident and professional approach to sales.
Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping customers.
Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
What We Offer
Competitive salary of €55,000–€60,000 per year.
