A brief description of your main duties will include:
- Planning and painting of hotel guest bedrooms, corridors and all public areas.
- Repairing and replacing grouting and silicone.
- Working in a very clean manner, ensuring the highest quality work always.
- Liaising with the hotel team (maintenance, housekeeping, management) to agree daily schedule.
- Prioritising workloads and maintaining flexibility to adjust according to the business needs.
- General maintenance work when required.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to oversee and delegate work to others.
- A warm, friendly, and approachable personality when interacting with both staff and guests.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
