Our client is an established Irish business operating across multiple sites, with a group finance structure and PLC reporting requirements. The finance function is well resourced and plays a central role in commercial decision-making.
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you’ll own the monthly accounts cycle, group and statutory reporting, budgeting and forecasting, while helping manage a small finance team.
There is also a commercial element to the role, with exposure to costing systems, customer pricing and margin improvement.
What you will do
- Monthly management accounts and divisional packs to Group Finance.
- Accounts Disclosure packs for half year and full year group reporting
- Balance sheet ownership and reconciliations
- Budget and forecast model, including upload to Dynamics 365
- Variance analysis and commercial reporting
- Costing systems, customer pricing models, and margin reporting
- PLC compliance, audit, Revenue, and statutory requirements
- Managing and developing the finance team
What we are looking for:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Multi-site industry experience
- People management skills and strong communication
- Advanced Excel, with the ability to build dynamic reports
- Hands-on and detail-oriented
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
This would suit a strong Management Accountant / Senior Accountant within a multi-entity business, ready to step into a broader, hands-on FM role.
Salary: €70-80k base plus bonus, healthcare and pension.
Pay: €70,000.00-€80,000.00 per year
