We're looking for an experienced Full Cycle Recruiter to join a high-performing internal recruiting team based in Sandyford, Dublin. You'll own the end-to-end hiring process across Sales and Customer Success functions - from sourcing and cold outreach right through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
This is a busy, fast-moving desk with real variety, senior stakeholder exposure, and the chance to work as a true talent partner rather than just a CV pusher.
What You'll Be Doing

Managing full cycle recruitment across Sales and Customer Success hiring

Proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates across the market

Building strong relationships with senior hiring managers and acting as a true recruitment partner

Developing and executing sourcing strategies to build out talent pipelines

Cold calling and networking your way into passive candidate markets

Partnering with Finance, Legal and other teams to drive seamless onboarding

Contributing to global recruiting programmes and initiatives
What We're Looking For

4+ years full cycle recruiting experience - agency, in-house or both

Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates

Experience recruiting within or for the tech sector

Comfortable influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders and executives

Strong cold calling ability and a proactive, hunter mentality

Solid knowledge of direct sourcing and interviewing techniques

Familiarity with ATS/TMS tools and AI recruitment technologies

Someone who delivers under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment
